Alati Capital is looking to lease independent, unbranded hotels in Athens. We work with owners who want their hotel looked after without selling it or joining a brand. Owners keep the asset; we lease the hotel and take on the day-to-day running.
Where a lease is not the right fit, we can also discuss running the hotel for you under a management agreement.
